As a member of our team, you'll help maintain and improve the infrastructure and systems that support enterprise software solutions and business-critical operations across various industries.

Working closely with development, network, and security colleagues, you'll manage servers, virtualization platforms, user access, backup systems, and supporting services, while troubleshooting technical issues and ensuring reliable day-to-day operations.

This is a hands-on infrastructure role focused primarily on maintaining and improving on-premise Windows and Linux environments, with opportunities to automate routine operations and work with cloud technologies.

• Systems: Windows Server, Linux, Active Directory and related services
• Infrastructure: VMware vSphere, Proxmox, Hyper-V, backup and storage solutions
• Automation: PowerShell, Bash, Python, or similar

• Other technologies: Microsoft 365, Nginx/Apache, PostgreSQL/MySQL

• Installing, configuring, maintaining, and monitoring physical and virtual servers across Windows and Linux environments
• Managing virtualization platforms, storage, and core infrastructure services
• Managing user accounts, access rights, and permissions through Active Directory and Microsoft 365
• Managing backup solutions and supporting disaster recovery procedures and testing
• Supporting migrations, upgrades, patching, and other infrastructure maintenance activities
• Using scripting and automation to improve routine administration and monitoring
• Troubleshooting system and infrastructure issues and maintaining relevant technical documentation
• Collaborating closely with the infrastructure team, as well as development, network, and security colleagues on infrastructure-related topics

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in system administration, working with Windows Server and/or Linux environments
• Hands-on experience with virtualization, backup, storage, and disaster recovery solutions
• Experience with scripting and automation using PowerShell, Bash, Python, or similar technologies
• Nice to have: Experience with Microsoft 365, cloud platforms, databases, web services and monitoring tools, and familiarity with networking and infrastructure security
