• Proven experience with designing, building and deploying AI-powered solutions in production (not just training models, but making themwork at scale)
• Strong grasp of agentic workflows, evals, RAG applications, and LLM APIs
• Skilled in TypeScript/JavaScript and comfortable with modern software development frameworks
• Solid engineering roots: design patterns, CI/CD, version control
• Strong AI fundamentals: algorithms, MCP, understanding model trade-offs and knowing when a simpler solution is better
• Clear communicator who can explain technical concepts (e.g. model performance, system trade-off) to both developers andnon-technical stakeholders
